New Hobby?

Not that I need a new one, but I need to join friends in them. Like have a cupcake/paint sesh with Marissa. We've been planning & planning, but man...didn't know we would procrastinate this much! Or swim, Joli & I would every day of the summer/fall. We need to pick that up again. I could start working out again, join friends too. Or a dance class would be fun too. Even a baseball team would be fun! Hm...What else? Well I guess once I pay my ticket I could buy that camera I've been wanting & start on a book. Ah...money & time. I shouldn't neglect it.

Okay as you know I'm saving for my camera shopping. I have definitely made up my mind. I want this new Rebel, featuring Full HD video capture at 1920 x 1080 resolution! All around the camera is bad ass, a new Rebel for canon. Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I shall want the 5d! Not the newest of the Mark, but also featuring HD video! lol Ok...You're seeing what I'm ultimately looking for...HD video. Nikon D90 ALMOST had me. Till a good friend told me how Canon is already ahead of their game with video. So there ya have it. The new Rebel is what I'm aiming for...unless the parentals don't mind putting in another 2 tousand for a Mark! Ha! In my dreams.

Once I get my cam, which should be pretty soon...I plan on kind of documenting people you can say. I'm not very big on trying to call it a "photoshoot" because in fact "photoshoot" & "fashion" are my least favorite words! So a 'series' of images documenting people. One person I already know I'll be working with is my dear friend Kiersten. With her I guess it's more on the fashion side, but it'll be fun. Anyway, this image truly inspired me. For one I love fake eyelashes & love peacock feathers!

Dancing feet all weekend! Coachella was amazing most definitely. Life right now is just as good. I need to stop trying to rush time, it is what it is! So let's all have a good time! Some day we'll look back at all the things we've done...horrible & hilarious, laugh then quickly switch subjects. Ah, to be 18 again. Yes, that is another day of being 18 of course.

What I'm stoked on is, my last year's yearbook that I designed cover to cover is nominated for the Walsworth Gallery of Excellence in Design. Whether or not I win it, that fact has made me proud. Of course I hope to win! I find out in March. Stay tuned!
